Terms & Conditions

1. Price and payment

At LÖVENDAHL webshop you can pay with Paypal and with the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Dankort, American Express and Discover. All prices are in Euro and include VAT. 

Here is a guide to the payment: when checking out, you are directed to Paypal to enter your card details, or pay directly from your Paypal account. After entering your details you will be directed back to to view the shipping charge and then submitting the payment. The amount is drawn from your account when goods are shipped from There can never be deducted an amount bigger than what you have approved with your purchase.

2. Shipping

There is free delivery if you purchase for more than 250 Euro. Otherwise the cost of shipping is 15 Euro. 

3. Delivery

If the item is in stock your order will ship within 1-3 business days. The duration of shipping depends on the choise of shipping. If the item desired is not in stock you will be contacted by e-mail.

If you are not able to find your country on the shipping list, please write an email to telling us your address and we will do our best to fulfil your order.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order write an email to quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have already been shipped then please follow the return policy as detailed below.

5. Return policy

According to Danish law you have 14 days to return an order from the day you receive it – so for whatever reason you wish to return your purchase (or part of it), simply send the goods to: Lövendahl, Vesterbrogade 34, DK-1620 Copenhagen, Denmark together with a copy of your receipt. We will reimburse you, excluding delivery cost, as soon as the goods are received, provided that the goods in question are received in the condition they were sent to you. The cost of return delivery charge must be paid by you. Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash On Delivery). 

6. Damaged product

When you shop at LÖVENDAHL webshop you have 24 month warranty. We will replace or repair the goods that are damaged during shipping or defective due to manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to daily use or normal wear and tear, this is at your own responsibility. But we will be happy to help with repairs. 

7. How soon should I complain? 

You should complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely. 

8. We need the following information when you return a product to us

When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and you should make sure to get a receipt for shipment. LÖVENDAHL will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. 

9. What do we do with your personal information (privacy policy) 

When you shop at LÖVENDAHL webshop we need the following information:

  • Phone number

  • E-mail


We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with LÖVENDAHL webshop and kept for six months, after which the data will be deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. 
Information provided to is not transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not record any sensitive personal information. As registered with you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. You have these rights by the Privacy Act and queries in this regard should be written to via email 

10. Cookies use cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making your visit as easy as possible for you. You can always delete cookies from your computer, how depends on your browser. 

11. Logstatistics 

We use a logstatistics at which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where the site is vacated, etc. Logstatistics are only for the purpose of optimizing
