  • 5. How long will it take before I receive my order?
    If the beatiful black product is in stock, your order will ship within 3-4 business days. If the delivery for some reason will take longer you will be contacted by e-mail.

  • 7. Can I send my order to two addresses?
    No, unfortunately we do not offer to deliver to two addresses. We advice you to place your order seperately.
  • 8. Can I return my products at all times?
    According to Danish law you have 14 days to return an order from the day you receive it – so for whatever reason you wish to return your beautiful black purchase (or part of it) simply send the product(s) to: Lövendahl Vesterbrogade 34 DK-1620 Copenhagen Denmark Please send together with a copy of your receipt.
  • 9. How long will it take to receive my refund?
    Normally you will receive your refund within 10 working days after we receive the beautifull black returned purchases and your receipt.
  • 10. I did not receive a confirmation email?
    If you haven't received a confirmation email a few minutes after your final purchase, then the following could have gone wrong: - Your provider possibly scans our mail as spam and has deleted/moved this to the spambox. - You have made a typing error in your email address - You have paid through an automatic direct debit, in which case it can take up to 2 days for your bank to approve the payment.
