1. What are the payment methods?
On LÖVENDAHL webshop we offer a broad range of payment methods.
2. Is it safe to pay with my creditcard?
Yes, all payments on LÖVENDAHL webshop are processed securely by PayPal.
3. Can I pay my purchase manually through my personal bank account?
Yes, it is possible to transfer your purchase manually. When your payment is received we will handle your order.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver our beautiful black packages worldwide.
5. How long will it take before I receive my order?
If the beatiful black product is in stock, your order will ship within 3-4 business days. If the delivery for some reason will take longer you will be contacted by e-mail.
6. I would like to receive my order as quick as possible, what is the best procedure?
We advice you to pay with Mastercard or Visa to be able to offer you the quickest service possible.
7. Can I send my order to two addresses?
No, unfortunately we do not offer to deliver to two addresses. We advice you to place your order seperately.
8. Can I return my products at all times?
According to Danish law you have 14 days to return an order from the day you receive it – so for whatever reason you wish to return your beautiful black purchase (or part of it) simply send the product(s) to:

Normally you will receive your refund within 10 working days after we receive the beautifull black returned purchases and your receipt.
