Phantom Spirits did a cool collaboration with Zagovor Brewery, Heiko Hoos, Dark Matter Coffee & Jonas Stojiljkovic Pedersen to make this amazing cherry, coffee, cocoa, and vanilla distilled gin – limited to 800 bottles.
 
For the latest installment in Phantom Spirits ongoing REPEATER series, they set out to create a coffee gin with an unusual flavor profile. To do so, they teamed up with their long-time friends from Chicago, Dark Matter Coffee, and German gin cardinal, Heiko Hoos. DMC provided some of their amazing Bavarian wheat yeast fermented Cautai coffee beans from Guatemala, which Heiko then skillfully distilled in his lab in Karlsruhe, following a challenging but fun test and tweak process.
