originally made for the cover art for the album LIVSLEDE by the danish atmospheric black metal band SUNKEN
 
both the front and back illustrations were created as 70x100cm linocut prints for the album cover.
 
taking inspiration from the depressive songs and bleak soundscapes of the album, the front is a calm sea scape at night seen through a mysterious doorway, and the back is more abstract, falling, drowning.
