Raspberries are one of the great classics in the Danish garden. The raspberry flavor creates an easily recognizable and sweet taste of summer. The mango is in contrast to an exotic fruit and one of the great classics of Asian cuisine.
Mango's fantastic sweetness with acid shades means that it is used today in both the cold and the hot kitchen. We use crushed whole raspberries, which means that you can find raspberry kernels in the wine gum itself. The freezing technique ensures that the raspberry preserves both taste and smell.
